FandomForge Collective is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting and celebrating Canada’s diverse fan communities. Based in Southwestern Ontario, we bring together volunteers, creators, and fans to organize accessible, low-cost pop culture conventions, community events, and collaborative projects that welcome people of all ages and backgrounds.

Leads organizational strategy, oversees events, and ensures FandomForge Collective fulfills its mission.
Manages finances, budgeting, and financial reporting for all FandomForge projects.
Coordinates governance documentation, meeting records, and oversees event planning and vendor relations.
FandomForge Collective collaborates with local creators, community groups, and event partners to bring programming to life. Our flagship partnership is KW Comic Con; we also work with other community organizations across the region.
