How We Use Our Funds
As a newly established not-for-profit, FandomForge Collective is currently in its foundational phase.
At this time, all operations are volunteer-run, and no members of the Board or team receive compensation.
Our limited startup funds and in-kind contributions are directed toward essential administrative costs such as domain registration, branding materials, and event planning resources for future programming.
As we grow and secure funding, detailed financial summaries will be published annually to ensure full transparency regarding how community resources are allocated.
Fiscal Responsibility
All financial decisions are reviewed by the Board of Directors and recorded in meeting minutes.
We adhere to nonprofit financial governance best practices, including multi-signature approvals for expenditures and regular internal reviews.
